We are determined that always be compliant with any law to fulfill our contractual obligations to protect your rights and to fulfill our legitimate business interests.

ABOUT OUR COMPLIANCE TOOL

What personal information do we collect and use in our compliance tool?
When you use our compliance tool it is only your email address at work that we are processing and saving. Your email address at work is used as user id in our compliance tool. When you are changing any company information in the compliance tool, we are saving these changes into a change log together with your email address and time of change. We are NOT using your email address to anything else AND we are NOT sharing your email address with others.

If you are using our compliance tool as a employee or consultant for a supplier that has got a product request from a customer, we are asking for your name and mobile phone number to verify you as the user who is responding to the product request. Your entered phone number is used to send a verification code to your mobile phone and your name and phone number is only used and saved as information in the change log together with the replied information. We are NOT using your email address to anything else AND we are NOT sharing your name and mobile phone number with others.

If you have received product requests from customers, that are using our compliance tool, to your company in your mailbox. You can contact them and request that you should be removed as contact to your company. If you want to know which companies have you as a contact for your company, please contact us.

How long do we keep your privacy information?
Your account is kept until your company removes your account.  Our change log is kept as long as your company is subscriber to our compliance tool.

Your privacy rights.
Your privacy rights differ from different regions but you can ask any person at your company that is administrator of the subscriber account to remove your account from our compliance tool. If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at info@chemity.eu. The easiest way to exercise your rights is by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

How do we keep your information safe?
We have organisational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cyber-criminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cyber-criminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

What personal information do we collect, use and save in our Web pages?
When you are visiting any of our web pages, we do not collect, use or save any personal information about your activity.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (‘DNT’) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond
